摘要
目的探讨中西药结合治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析2006年1月～2010年8月76例手足口病患儿的临床资料。结果 76例患儿均采用中西药结合疗法,平均住院天数8 d,最短为5 d,最长为15 d,全部患者均痊愈出院,治疗期间无任何并发症发生。结论中西药结合治疗小儿手足口病方法有效,大多数手足口病呈良性临床经过,预后良好。
Objective To explore the characteristics and the clinical curative effect in treating pediatric HFMD with Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods Review and analyze the clinical data of 76 children with HFMD from January 2006 to august 2010. Results 76 cases accept the Chinese medicine and western medicine therapy , the average number is 8 days, the minimum is 5 days, the longest is 15 days, all is recovery, without any complications. Conclusion It is effective to remedy HFMD with Chinese medicine and western medicine. Most HFMD clinical course is benign, their prognosis is good.
