血清同型半胱氨酸、超敏C-反应蛋白、载脂蛋白E与脑血管疾病相关性的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、载脂蛋白E(ApoE)与脑血管疾病的关系。方法选择脑血管疾病患者82例,分为两组,其中脑梗死组45例,脑出血组37例,正常对照组50例,测定其血清同型半胱氨酸、超敏C-反应蛋白、载脂蛋白E水平。结果脑梗死组和脑出血组血清Hcy和hs-CRP均有不同程度增高,与正常对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),ApoE也升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以上指标在脑梗死组与脑出血组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),疾病组hs-CRP水平与Hcy水平呈正相关(r=0.465,P<0.01)。结论血清Hcy和hs-CRP升高与脑血管病相关。 Objective To explore the relevance of serum homocysteine ( Hcy), high sensitive C - reactive protein ( hs - CRP) and apolipoprotein E (ApoE) in cerebrovaseular diseases (CVD). Methods Serum homocysteine (Hcy) , high sensitive C - reactive protein( hs - CRP) and apolipoprotcin E (ApoE) levels were measured in 82 patients with eerebrovascular diseases and 50 healthy subjects, there are 45 cerebral infraction and 37 cerebral hemorrhage in the 82 patients. Results The levels of Hcy and hs - CRP were significantly higher than those in the control group( P 〈 0. 01 ) , The level of ApoE was no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The levels above all were no significant difference in Cerebral infraction and cerebral hemorrhage. Hs - CRP was positively correlated with Hey ( r = 0. 465, P 〈 0.01 ) , ApoE has no relevance. Conclusion The increase in Hey and hs - CRP were correlative with eerebrovaseular diseases.
