非心脏手术围术期心肌梗死研究进展及述评
摘要
非心脏手术围手术期发生的急性围术期急性心肌梗死(PMI),主要有急性冠脉综合征型、心肌细胞供氧和需氧失衡型;围手术期的科学的管理、评估对防范和治疗PMI具有重要临床意义,β受体阻断剂、阿司匹林、他汀类药物等有一定预防作用,今后应进一步研究其发生规律。
