摘要
云广直流孤岛判别系统是云广直流稳控系统、极控系统正确进行自动控制的前提。分析显示,通过合理简化后,孤岛自动判别只涉及对楚雄换流站第2、3串,和平变电站第3、6串,小湾变电站第3串开关开、断状态的电气逻辑判断。基于所作的合理的简化并对个别特殊运行方式加以限制,推导出孤岛判别方案的逻辑关系主判据,并说明了孤岛判别系统和极控、稳控系统的接口方式。
The Islanding Operation Identification System(IOIS) is one of the prerequisites for accurate automatic control by security stability control system(SSCS) and DC pole control system(DPCS) of Yunnan -Guangdong DC system.The analysis in this paper shows that with reasonable simplification IOIS can make accurate logic judgment according to the open / close states of breakers of the second and third clusters in Chuxiong Converter Station,the third and sixth clusters in Heping Substation,and the third cluster in Xiaowan Substation,and the principal logic criterion for IOIS is obtained based on the simplification and with a few special operation modes in restraint.Furthermore,the interfaces among IOIS,DPCS and SSCS are explained.
