摘要 目的 研究肿瘤坏死因子-α及血管内皮生长因子在子宫内膜异位症患者在位和异位内膜组织中的表达及其意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测肿瘤坏死因子-α、血管内皮生长因子在子宫内膜异位症患者异位子宫内膜、在位子宫内膜与正常子宫内膜中的表达.结果 异位组肿瘤坏死因子-α蛋白表达的相对含量(0.3047±0.0157)明显高于在位组(0.2867±0.0122)和对照组(0.2836±0.0168),有极显著性差异(P〈0.01);在位组肿瘤坏死因子-α的表达水平高于对照组,二者比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05).异位组血管内皮生长因子蛋白表达的相对含量(0.3029±0.0204)明显高于在位组(0.2854±0.0196)和对照组(0.2829±0.0185),有极显著性差异(P〈0.01);而在位组血管内皮生长因子的表达水平与对照组相比无显著性差异(P〉0.05).结论 异位内膜组织的侵袭力增强及血管生成与肿瘤坏死因子-α、血管内皮生长因子的高表达密切相关. ObjectiveTo study expressions of tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α ) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in endometriosis (EMs) and their correlations with menstrual cycle and clinical stage of the disease. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect expressions of TNF-α and VEGF in ectopic and eutopic endometria of patients with EMs and normal endometria. Results The expressions of TNF-α and VEGF in endometriostic tissues were significantly higher than those in normal endometrial tissues. Conclusions Our findings suggest that there is a close relation between up-regulation of expressions of TNF-α and VEGF and high survival and invasion rates of ectopic endometrial tissues in EMs.
