人乳头瘤病毒是宫颈癌的主要致病因子,宫颈癌已成为继乳腺癌之后引起女性死亡的第2大癌症.在一些发展中国家,宫颈癌已居女性癌症死亡率首位.因此,研究开发预防和治疗宫颈癌的疫苗十分必要,该文对近年来人乳头瘤病毒疫苗的研究进展以及前景作以简要综述.

Cervical carcinoma is one of the most common gynecological malignant tumors and its prevalence rate is secondary to breast cancer among female＇ s malignant tumors, even it has ranked the fist one in some developing countries. Human papillomavirus （HPV） is a main pathogenic factor. Therefore, it is necessary to research and develop HPV vaccines to prevent and treat cervical cancer. This article briefly reviewed progress in research on HPV vaccine in recent years and its prospect.
