摘要
我国公共图书馆发展起步晚于西方发达国家,服务水平有待提高。作为图书馆馆员与读者交流最为频繁的服务——参考咨询服务,是一座架起读者与图书馆联系的桥梁。本文从分析国内外公共图书馆参考咨询服务的差异方面,提出我国公共图书馆施行读者参考咨询服务发展方向的几点看法。
The development of public library in China started later than that in western developed countries,and the service level should be improved.As a kind of service for the most frequent communication of librarians and readers,reference service plays the role of a bridge between readers and libraries.Through analyzing the differences of reference service of public library at home and abroad,this paper pointed out the development direction of domestic public library＇s reference service mode for readers.
