摘要
以六氯环三磷腈、环乙亚胺和三乙胺为原料,合成了一种性能稳定的水溶性氮-磷阻燃单体NPAZ,并与阴离子水性聚氨酯共混,在焙烘过程中引发架桥反应,制得架桥型水性聚氨酯阻燃整理剂。该阻燃体系无游离甲醛释放。对棉织物的优化整理工艺为:阻燃单体NPAZ 25%,阴离子水性聚氨酯15%,渗透剂JFC0.5%,整理液pH值8~9,80℃预烘3 min,160℃焙烘3 min。整理后织物的成碳率由6%提高到40%,热稳定性显著增强。
A stable and hydrophilic flame retardant NPAZ,containing nitrogen and phosphorus,was synthesized with hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene,aziridine and triethylamine.Then the NPAZ was added into an anionic waterborne polyurethane dispersion to get NPAZ-PU flame retardant which took crosslink-reaction at the curing process.Cotton fabric,treated with NPAZ-PU,showed nice flame-retardant property and free of formaldehyde.As a result,the optimal finishing process of cotton fabric was as follows:NPAZ 25 %,anionic waterborne polyurethane dispersion 15%,penetrant JFC 0.5 %,pH value 8~9,pre-curing at 80 ℃ for 3 min,curing at 160 ℃ for 3 min.At this condition,the char content of the cotton fabric increased to 40% from 6%.The thermal stability enhanced significantly.
