摘要
采用自组装技术在棉织物表面生成壳聚糖-钯膜,然后在化学镀镍溶液中形成纳米级钯金属催化层。通过正交试验得到优化的壳聚糖前处理工艺条件为:柠檬酸2.0 g/L,壳聚糖9.0 g/L,次亚磷酸钠3.0 g/L,温度20℃,时间30 min;氯化钯活化工艺条件为:PdCl240 mg/L,pH值为5~6,温度60℃,处理时间50 min。扫描电镜观察、红外光谱及热重分析表明,经壳聚糖前处理和钯液处理的棉织物表面金属镀层分布较均匀;表面方阻较小,具有较好的电磁屏蔽效能;耐摩擦牢度达5级,金属层与织物结合牢固。
The chitosan-palladium membrane was created on the surface of cotton fabrics with self-assembly techniques,then the nanoscale palladium catalyst layer was formed in the chemical nickel plating solution.Through orthogonal experiments,the optimum conditions of chitosan pre-treatment were citric acid 2.0 g/L,chitosan 9.0 g/L,sodium hypophosphite 3.0 g/L,immersing at 20 ℃ for 30 min.The optimum conditions of palladium chloride activation were PdCl2 40 mg/L,pH 5~6,treating at 60 ℃ for 50 min.FT-IR,SEM and DSC-TG characterization showed that the distribution of metal coating on treated fabric was more uniform and sheet resistance was lower.The treated had obtained satisfied color fastness to friction of 5 grade,and solid combination between the metal layer and the fabric.
