摘要
目的:探讨养精胶囊的成型工艺条件。方法:以吸湿率为主要评价指标,筛选合适的辅料;以颗粒的合格率作为指标,筛选最佳干法制粒工艺条件;并考察颗粒的休止角、堆密度和临界相对湿度。结果:以糊精为辅料所制的颗粒的防潮性能强,干法制粒的轧轮转数为7 r·min-1,喂料速度40 r·min-1,压轮间距0.4 mm,并采用85%乙醇作为润湿剂制。结论:该成型工艺合理、可行,为大生产提供了科学依据。
Objective:To study the formation technology of Yangjing capsule. Method: Moisture absorption percentage and particles qualified rate were used as index to screen proper excipient and the best dry granulating technology conditions respectively. The inspected angle of repose, bulk density and the critical humidity were also investigated. Result: Dextrin as excipients had a good anti-wet performance. The best method to make granula was as follows: rollers speed at 7 r·min^-1, transmission speed at 40 r·min^-1 , 0.4 mm as the distance of two rollers and 80% ethanol as wet agent. Conclusion: The molding technology was reasonable, and can provide reliable basis for production.
