柴胡类方治疗抑郁症研究

Study of Prescriptions Containing Bupleurum as Monarch for Treatment of Depression

目前治疗抑郁症的化学合成药效果明显,但长期服用后会产生严重的毒副作用。中药作用温和、副作用少,从中药中寻找治疗抑郁症的药物显得尤为重要。作为中医"郁症"的范畴,中国古代就有大量文献记录用疏肝解郁要药——柴胡来治疗抑郁症的记载。而在现代研究中,柴胡及柴胡类方在中医治疗抑郁症中也被广泛应用。本文从试验研究和临床研究方面综述了柴胡类方四逆散、逍遥散、小柴胡汤、柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗抑郁症的现状,展现了其在抑郁症现代治疗中发挥的重大作用。

The effects of chemical synthetic drugs for treatment of depression are obvious, but long-term use will bring with serious side effects. Chinese medicine is mild and has few side effects, prescriptions containing bupleurum as the monarch are widely used in treatment of depression. In this paper, experimental and clinical studies about this categrey of prescriptions were reviewed for treatment of depression. It demonstrates that prescriptions containing bupleurum as the monarch play a significant role in treatment of depression.
