摘要 热刺激电流(TSC)测量技术是研究电介质材料中电荷存贮和输运过程的重要工具。本文介绍了TSC的基本理论,对传统TSC理论和实验方法存在的局限性进行了分析,探讨了TSC应用过程中长期以来所存在的问题以及理论上的误区,并介绍了一些改进的分析理论和实验思想,拓展和加深了TSC的应用广度和深度。 Thermally stimulated current(TSC) measurement is a powerful tool for the investigation of charge storage and transport process in dielectrics.The basic theory of TSC is introduced in this paper.The limitation of the traditional TSC theory is analyzed.The long-existing problems and misunderstandings in TSC application and theory are discussed.The modified TSC theory and some new ideas about TSC experiment are proposed to extend its application in both width and depth.
