三相高频链矩阵式逆变器的HPWM调制策略原理与实现 被引量:10

摘要 安全换流是制约矩阵式变换器实用化的关键问题,高频链与矩阵变换器相结合时,高频变压器环节更为换流增添了复杂因素。本文就三相高频链矩阵式逆变器的换流问题展开研究,针对电路拓扑的结构特点,运用解结耦思路以常规逆变器的角度分析和控制矩阵变换器,提出一种新型无谐振的混合脉宽调制策略,构建了核心的调制组合逻辑,详细分析了变压器高频交流周期内变换器的工作状态。运用该调制策略可以在没有任何辅助检测环节的条件下有效解决双向开关固有的换流问题,且能实现开关零电压或零电流动作。仿真和实验一致验证了所提出的调制方案和所设计的实现逻辑是可行与实用的。 How to gain a safe commutation is the key problem that restricts the practical application of matrix converter(MC),and when MC and high frequency link are combined together it becomes more complex for the high frequency transformer.The commutation of three-phase inverter based on high frequency linked matrix converter(HFLMC) is taken as focus in the study.According to the character of the converter's topology De-Re-couple idea is used to analysis and control the MC by way of classical inverter designing.A novel no resonant hybrid pulse width modulation(HPWM) strategy is proposed,and the key logic for this strategy is also contructed.The operating modes within a high frequency transformer AC period of the converter are shown with close analysis.The HPWM can efficiently solve the inherent commutation problems of AC switches in the converter based on HFMC.The AC switches can gain zero voltage switching(ZVS) or zero current switching(ZCS) under the control of the strategy.Simulation and experimental results show that the HPWM strategy and the dedicated logic are feasible and practicable.
