Peasant Workers' Identity Location and Migrant Decision: An analysis Based on Cohort Effect Model

摘要文章采用同期群效应模型研究了农民工的身份定位和流向决策,认为其影响因素包括同期群效应的强度、身份定位对失业率的边际影响、在业和失业状态下的收入差距。其后利用调查数据对结论进行了检验与讨论。 Based on a cohort effect model,the paper analyzes peasant workers' identity location and migrant decision with three factors: the strength of cohort effect,the marginal impact of identity location on unemployment rate,and the wage premium of being employed.The authors test the arguments with survey data,and make policy recommendations pertaining to the new round of national urbanization strategy of China.
