新课改背景下学校的高效管理研究

Efficient management research on school under background of new course reform

随着新课程改革的不断深入,新课程体系在课程功能、结构、内容、实施、评价等方面都较原来的课程有重大的创新和突破。作为学校的管理者,管理工作思想要有新的突破、新的思考,要不断学习和吸收有益的管理理念,调整自己的工作思路,使自己的管理思想跟得上新的教学理念,先进于学校的教学改革,这样的管理者才能做改革的领导者。笔者认为应该从以下几个方面做起:服务意识,是学校高效管理的源泉;以师为本,是实现学校高效管理的关键;师德教育,是学校高效管理的保证。

With the development of a new course reform,the system of new course reform,compared with the old one,has a great breakthrough in its functions,structures,contents,performances and evaluation.Being a qualified leader of a school,we should have a new thought about the management and keep learning from other good theories to keep up with the new teaching concept and go ahead of school teaching reform.Our study has found that the following aspects are essential：the awareness of service,which is the source for highly efficient school management;teacher-centered management,which is the key for highly efficient school management;and teachers＇ morality,which is the guarantee for highly efficient school management.
