摘要
系统观察了芝麻细胞核雄性不育系的花器形态及小孢子发育过程。结果表明,芝麻细胞核雄性不育系花器形态的差异不是雄性不育的原因。小孢子败育是一个连续过程,但败育高峰发生在单核小孢子期;绒毡层细胞提前或延后解体、内含物的消失、缺乏乌氏体等异常现象与小孢子败育密切相关。
The morphology of the flowers and the microspore development in sesame nuclear male-sterile line ' ms86-1 ' were systematically and cytologically observed.The results have indicated that the morphological difference on the flowers of sesame nuclear male-sterile lines was not the cause of the male sterility.The abortion of microspore was in continuous development,but it took place mainly at the period of tetraploid to microspore stage.The phenomena of abnormality of tapetum development,of the loss of contents,and of the shortage of Ubisch bodies were closely associated with the abortion of microspore.
