摘要
盐泽螺旋藻多糖具有提高机体免疫力的活性,为了提高盐泽螺旋藻多糖的获得率,笔者考察了生物量,培养时间,光照强度及光周期,不同浓度的C、N、P,不同浓度的NaCl对盐泽螺旋藻多糖积累的影响。结果表明:光强为4000lx以上,光暗周期为14h/10h,NaHCO3为5g/L,NaNO3为2.5g/L,K2HPO4为0.38g/L,NaCl为4g/L,稳定后期收获藻体为盐泽螺旋藻多糖最佳获取条件。
Polysaccharide from Spirulina subsalsa could improve immune function,in order to investigate the better way to increase the yield of polysaccharide,this article examined the culture time,light intensity and light cycle,different concentrations of C,N,P,and different concentrations of NaCl for extraction of polysaccharide from Spirulina subsalsa.The optimal conditions were original light intensity 4000 lx above,light and dark cycle of 14:10,NaHCO 3 concentration of 5 g/L,NaNO 3 concentration of 2.5 g/L,K 2 HPO 4 concentration of 0.38 g/L,NaCl concentration of 4 g/L.
