摘要
笔者由棉酚对动物毒性及人类健康的影响谈起,综述了棉籽饼粕中游离棉酚水平、饲料中游离棉酚安全限量以及畜禽体内棉酚残留等方面的研究,并提出了一些建议。
Beginning with talking about toxicity of the gossypol in animals and the hazard of gossypol for human health, the author summarized the level of free gossypol in cottonseed meal, gossypol safety limit in feed, gossypol residues in livestock, while gave some suggestions.
