苦参碱、印楝素与矿物油两种复合液防治小绿叶蝉、跗线螨的药效试验研究

Study on the Efficacy of Two Complex Liquid of Matrine, Azadirachtin and Mineral Oil against Empoasca Vitis and Tarsonemidmites

为了研究植物源农药苦参碱、印楝素与矿物油两种复合液防治小绿叶蝉、跗线螨的药效,应用苦参碱、印楝素乳油与矿物油两种复合液;单剂苦参碱、印楝素;两种化学农药硫丹、乐果6种处理。在广西桂北茶园第二次小绿叶蝉高峰及跗线螨高峰前期进行田间防效小区对比试验。结果表明,6种处理对小绿叶蝉校正防效:两种复合液A1药后第2和7天分别达86.54%和78.43%、B1分别达76.04%和88.57%,药后第14天A1和B1分别仍达60.29%、58.59%;单剂苦参碱、印楝素校正防效:药后第2和7天苦参碱仅分别达64.94%和57.32%、印楝素分别达53.54%和67.17%;两种化学农药硫丹、乐果校正防效:药后第2和7天硫丹仅分别为52%和42.18、乐果为41.04%和36.92%。6种处理对跗线螨的防效:两种复合液A1药后第2和7天高达91.14%和82.93%、B1高达82.34%和93.67%,药后第21天分别仍达68.03%、69.57%;单剂苦参碱、印楝素校正防效:药后第2和7天苦参碱分别达74.19%和68.34%、印楝素达61.6%和76.47%,药后第14天仅为50.12%、51.18%;两种化学农药硫丹及乐果:药后第2天分别为83.45%、70.54%,药后第21天分别仅为37.53%、4.73%。结果说明两种复合液比其他4种处理在防治小绿叶蝉及跗线螨上显示出较好的防效及较长的持效期。两种复合液不仅能有效地控制小绿叶蝉及害螨,而且对天敌安全。可在有机茶园生产基地的茶叶生产中推广使用。

To do the comparison experiment by using two complex liquid of Matrine, Azadirachtin and mineral oil, siple dosage Matrine and Azadirachtin, two kinds of chemical pesticide of Endosulfan and Dimethoate, before the High Day for the second generation of Empoasca vitis and the peak of Tarsonemidmites in the north of Guangxi province. The corrected control effects of the six kinds of mixture against Empoasca Vitis： The two complex liquids were 86.54% and 78.43% of A 1 , 76.04% and 88.57% of B 1 after 2 and 7 days respectively, it was 60.29% of A 1 and 58.59% of B 1 after 14 days respectively. The corrected control effects of simple dosage Matrine was 64.94% and 57.32%, Azadirachtin was 53.54% and 67.17% after 2 and 7 days respectively. The corrected control effect of Endosulfan was 52% and 42.18%, Dimethoate was 41.04% and 36.92% after 2 and 7 days respectively. The control effect against Tarsonemidmites of 6 treatments was： The two complex liquids is 91.14% and 82.93% of A 1 , 82.34% and 93.67% of B 1 after 2 and 7 days respectively , it was 68.03% of A 1 and 69.57% of B 1 after 21 days respectively. The corrected control effects of simple dosage Matrine was 74.19% and 68.34%, Azadirachtin was 61.6% and 76.47% after 2 and 7days respectively, after 14 days was only 50.12% of simple dosage Matrine and 51.18% of Azadirachtin; The corrected control effects of Endosulfan and Dimethoate was 83.45% and 70.54% after 2 days; 37.53% and 4.73% after 21 days respectively. The two complex liquid have better effect and longer lasting time than the other treatments. The two complex liquids not only could do well on controlling against the Empoasca Vitis and Tarsonemidmites, but also they were safe to the natural enemy which can be extended on tea-Harmless production.
