基于熵值法的农村居民点集约利用评价——以重庆市黔江区为例

Evaluation of Rural Residential Land Intensive Utilization Applying Entropy Method—— A Case Study of Qianjiang District in Chongqing

此项研究利用熵值法评价农村居民点集约利用程度,计算出各项指标权重,采用综合加权法得出农村居民点利用的集约度。以重庆市黔江区的30个乡镇及黔江区整体作为评价对象,根据科学性、系统性、代表性、可操作性原则选取指标后进行实证研究。结果表明:对农村居民点土地利用集约度影响最为明显的是农村居民点土地利用投入,其次为农村居民点土地利用结构、农村居民点土地利用强度和农村居民点土地利用效益;黔江区农村居民点集约利用水平较低,且农村居民点集约利用水平区域差异十分明显。

This paper applies entropy method to the evaluation of rural residential land intensive utilization and calculation of each index power. It uses the integrated weighting method to calculate intensive degree of rural residential land. Finally, this paper takes 30 townships of Qianjiang District and the region as the evaluation targets and according to the principle of scientific, systematic, representative, operability to select indexes. Result indicate that the most important factors influencing on the rural residential land intensive utilization is land utilization investment, then are the land utilization structure, land utilization intensity and land utilization benefit. The level of cultivated land intensive utilization needs to be raised. The intensive degree of cultivated land is disparate phenomenally in areas. Conclusion： We should improve the investment rural in planning, management of residential land. Entropy method can be more accurate evaluation target. The research provides the reference for later index selection. Still need further discussion on how to improve the rural residential land ’ s intensified use level.
