针对化肥流通环节中存在的假冒伪劣产品充斥市场危害农民利益的问题,围绕九禾公司网络成员店规范化管理的需求,以九禾化肥产品为研究对象,基于产品标识编码技术、LINQtoSQL的数据库编程和访问技术、GPRS的信息无线传输技术和角色控制的权限动态分配,构建了基于九禾化肥分销渠道的化肥可信流通监管系统,为九禾公司、分销中心、网络成员店和农户搭建化肥产品流通、销售和使用的信息交互平台,并通过电话、网络和短信为公众提供信息查询、投诉和溯源服务,增强企业信息化管理水平,提高终端店的管理服务水平,确保九禾化肥的可信流通,树立良好的九禾品牌效应,维护农户切身利益,提高农民满意度。

The regulatory system will enhance the level of enterprise information management, improve the terminal stores management and services level, ensure the credibility of Jiuhe fertilizer distribution, establish brand effect, protect the vital interests of farmers and increase the farmers ’ satisfaction.
