摘要
破解"三农"最根本的措施便是增加农民收入,只有农民收入增加了,才能从根本上解决现阶段阻碍农村经济发展的障碍。笔者针对陕西省这个具体区域,选取了10个对农民收入增长有重要影响的因素,运用SAS软件,对这10个因素进行数量分析,从而确定哪些因素对陕西农民收入增长有促进作用,哪些因素起阻碍作用,为促进陕西农民收入增长提供一定的指导意义。
