摘要
人事档案是一个人学习、工作经历的完整记录,可以反映出一个人一生的奋斗史,伴随着人一生的成长。然而,随着经济社会的不断发展,越来越多的人,尤其是那些在非国有单位工作且流动性较大的人员,渐渐忽视了人事档案的重要性,以至于在就业、调动工作、享受社会保险待遇等诸多方面给个人造成损失。经过多年工作经验,深入剖析了当前流动人员人事档案面临的问题及形成原因,提出了解决问题的途径。
Personnel file is a person ’ s complete record of learning and working experience, that can reflects a person's life history, along with the growth of a person. However, with the continuous development of economy and society, more and more people, especially those who work in non-state-owned units and the recurrent population, gradually neglect the importance of personnel files, and they do not recognize the important role to themselves, as to employment, job changing, social insurance and welfare, and many aspects of losses happens. After years of working experience, deeply analyzing current recurrent population ’ s personnel files, causes of the problems and the solutions.
