消声器的设计改进

摘要 在工业现场环境的污染有空气污染、水污染、噪声污染等,而噪音污染成了最难消除污染之一,常见有柴油机噪声、空压机噪声、通风机噪声、水泵噪声污染等等。各式各样噪音的共振损害人健康,这种污染也是最难控制的和评定的污染。针对现有的工业现场环境噪音的实际情况,对噪音采取了消声降噪的措施。主要从机理上分析了噪音产生的原因、传播途径、对人的影响,并结合噪声学原理,对现有消声器消声不足的问题进行设计改进。通过实践,改进的消声器效果良好,结构简单,成本低,在本企业中推广应用。 Environmental Pollution in various industrial fields, for example, Air pollution, water pollution, noise pollution, noise pollution has become one of the most difficult. Common with diesel engine noise, compressor noise, fan noise, pump noise pollution and so on. All kinds of noise damage to human health of the resonance, which is also the hardest to control pollution and assessment of pollution. In this paper, the existing industrial site the actual situation of environmental noise, noise elimination of measures taken. Mainly on the analysis of noise from the mechanism of the causes, transmission, effect on people, combined with noise theories, the existing problem of inadequate muffler design improvement. Through practice, the improved muffler works well, simple, low cost, widely applied in the enterprise.
