摘要
往复式空压机是各类生产企业中通用的动力设备,应用于冶金、矿山、船舶、机械制造等行业部门,尤其是在船舶上的应用更加广泛,往复式空压机的故障诊断通常使用振动法,但由于其机械结构复杂、运动部件多、工作时振动激励源较多,有时利用振动信号确定故障部位较难。介绍了利用油液分析技术空压机故障,并通过实例具体分析了空压机的故障。
Reciprocating compressor is all-purpose power equipment in each producing corporation. It widely used in metallurgy, mine, machine manufacture, especially in shipping. In shipping, fault diagnose generally use vibration test. But the machine is usually very complex because of it composed by many movement-parts. Fault located is also difficult by vibration test because of the vibration factor is complicated. This paper introduces the reciprocating compressor fault diagnosis by lubricating oil analysis, and takes an instance of reciprocating compressor fault to analysis the fault.
