The trealment options of antiviral therapy for chronic hepatitis B in children

摘要 儿童慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）可进展至严重的肝脏损害,包括肝硬化、肝衰竭,甚至肝癌。亚太大部分地区,尤其在我国90%以上的成人CHB源于儿童期感染。因此儿童CHB的抗病毒治疗越来越受到关注,有效的抗病毒治疗能够阻止肝脏疾病的活动性进展,从而降低成人活动进展型肝病和晚期重症肝病的发生率。
