红三叶异黄酮对大鼠前列腺增生的抑制作用 被引量:1

The inhibitory effect of red clover isoflavones on prostatic hyperplasia in rats

摘要 目的 观察红三叶异黄酮对雌/雄激素协同作用诱导的大鼠前列腺增生的影响.方法 应用雌/雄激素协同作用诱导大鼠前列腺增生方法建立前列腺增生模型,设立阴性对照组、增生模型组、保列治阳性对照组及红三叶异黄酮实验组.饲养28 d后称取各组大鼠前列腺的湿重、计算前列腺指数;HPIAS-1000图形图像分析系统观察各组大鼠前列腺组织形态学改变.结果 (1)红三叶异黄酮组大鼠前列腺湿重(780.31±47.10)及前列腺指数(1.79±0.12)显著低于模型组(1371.10±99.60;2.04±0.13)(P〈0.01),但前列腺湿重(780.31±47.10)与保列治对照组(780.50±33.99)差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);(2)形态学结果显示红三叶异黄酮组大鼠增生前列腺组织受到抑制.结论 红三叶异黄酮能显著抑制大鼠的前列腺增生. Objective To explore the impact of red clover isoflavones on the prostatic hyperplasia induced by testosterone propionate and Estradiol benzoate in rats.Methods A rat experimental model of prostatic hyperplasis was established by subcutaneously injecting mixture of Estradiol benzoate and testostergroup,positive control group and negative control group respectively.The wet weight of prostate and prostate index was calculated at the end of the experiment and morphological changes in rats were observed by the HPIAS-1000 Graphic Image Analysis System.Results As compared with the models of prostatic hyperplasia ( 1371.10 ±99.60; 2.04 ±0.13),the wet weight of prostate and prostate index were significantly decreased in red clover isoflavones group (780.31 ±47.10; 1.79 ±0.12) (P〈0.01 ); There was no statistically significant difference in the wet weight of prostate between the red clover isoflavones group (780.31 ± 47.10) and the proscar control group ( 780.50 ± 33.99 ) ( P 〉 0.05 ).Morphological results revealed that the prostatic hyperplasia could be inhibited by red clover isoflavones in rats.Conclusion Red clover isoflavones could significantly inhibit prostatic hyperplasia in rats.
