内源性神经营养因子-3在脊髓损伤后期大神经元轴突出芽中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 脊髓是中枢神经系统极易受损的部位,致瘫率高,严重危及人类健康,损伤后的修复也一直是医学领域的难点。神经营养因子-3(NT-3)不仅能为损伤神经元的修复提供有利的微环境,且具有维持和促进神经元存活、分化和再生等多方面的作用。前期研究显示,脊髓部分去传人术后早期,脊神经节(DRG)中主要是中、小型神经元表达NT-3增加。本研究旨在观察内源性神经营养因子-3在脊髓损伤后期大神经元轴突出芽中的作用。
