Problems That Should Be Paid Attention on During Composing Standards (Part 2 of 2)

GB/T1.1—2009《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准的结构和编写》和GB/T20000.2—2009《标准化工作指南第2部分:采用国际标准》是标准编写的基础标准。介绍这2项标准修订后的主要变化和实施关键要点,并结合制修订铁道国家标准和铁道行业标准出现的问题予以说明,以便指导标准化工作人员和起草标准的工程技术人员对上述标准的理解与实施。

GB/T 1.1—2009 ＂Introduction to Standardization Work Part 1： Structure of the Standard and the Composing＂ and GB/T 20000.2—2009 ＂Guideline of Standardization Work Part 2： Adopting International Standard＂ are the basic standards for composing standards. The author introduces the major changes in the two standards after modification and the keys on implementation. By combining with the problems in modifying national standards of railways and railway industry standards, the author explains these changes in order to help staffs and technicians who work on standardization or composing draft standards understand the above standards and make the implantation smooth.
