摘要
本文报道由聚缩虫(Zoothamnium sp.)附着所引起的中国对虾(Penaeus orientatis)的生化病理变化。与健康虾相比,病虾肉中乳酸脱氢酶的平均绝对活性减少至41.7%;苹果酸脱氢酶的平均绝对活性减少至70.1%;超氧物歧化酶的平均绝对活性也有减弱;肌蛋白的平均绝对活性减少至65.0%。
This paper reported the biochemical changes in diseased Penaeus orientalis caused by Zoothamnium sp.
C'pared with those in the healthy shrimps, the average absolute activities of lactate dehydrogenase, malate dehydrogenase, superoxide dismutase and protoin in the muscle of diseased shrimps decreased to 41.9%, 70.1%, slightly and to 65.0% respectively.
