摘要
目的:了解护士对护理部履行职能和情感的期望。方法:采用分层抽样、问卷调查法调查广州军区3所疗养院114名护士对护理部履行职能及情感的期望,根据护理人员的类别、职称和学历进行分组,依据问卷内容分类提炼主题,进行统计。结果:不同类别、职称和学历的护士对护理部履行职能的期望和情感期望既有相同点,又有侧重点。结论:护理部应根据护士需求,努力提高自身能力素质,调整管理策略,最大限度地满足护士期望,调动护士的工作积极性,提高护理质量。
Objective： To find out the nurses＇ expectation of function performance and occupational emotion of the nursing department.Methods： A total of 114 nurses from Guangzhou sanitariums,Wuhan sanitariums and Guilin sanitariums were investigated by stratified sampling.The nurses were divided into groups according to category,professional title and educational background,then the results were described.Results： Nurses from different groups had similar expectation,but particular emphases were also in existence.Conclusion： Nursing administrators should enhance competency and adjust management strategies to meet nurses＇ expectation,arouse their enthusiasm and improve nursing quality.
