结合该院对外服务的实践经验,通过对风险的分析评估,采取建立完善对外服务管理制度及规范的工作流程,加强员工及服务需求方的风险教育,制定并签定规范有效的合作协议书,从而有效地降低了医疗费用的支出,同时确保了病人的医疗安全。

With the method of risk assessment,which was based on the practice experience of West China Hospital for external service,with the establishment of management system of external service and the progress of work,and the risk education of staff and demand-side were strengthened,the letter of collaboration agreement were formulated and signed effectively,so as to reduce the medical expenditures,and ensure the safety of medical patients.
