肺癌的个体化治疗:现实还是梦想
摘要
晚期肺癌的治疗总是让人沮丧。早在2001年美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）就指出，肿瘤是药物治疗的众多疾病中有效率最低的，肿瘤治疗无效率高达70％～100％，其中肺癌就是一个代表。2002年公布的ECOG1594研究（1207例）结果显示，标准三代含铂两药方案的有效率为19％，患者1年生存率为33％。
