EML4-ALK融合基因在非小细胞肺癌信号转导中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 过去认为,染色体易位是一种常见于血液系统肿瘤的遗传学异常,这种染色体的变异往往在肿瘤的发生及分化过程发挥重要作用。染色体易位可以产生新的融合基因,或引起某些基因的启动子异常,从而使这些基因在表达水平失去调节,而过度活化的基因编码产物则使正常细胞转化为肿瘤细胞。随着研究的深入及检测手段的进步,越来越多由于染色体易位而出现的融合基因在实体瘤中检出,其在实体瘤形成中发挥的作用也越来越得到人们的重视。
