摘要
为解决花岗岩粉污染提供一种新的解决思路,以中温热分解后的花岗岩粉为原料,将其中的硅、铝元素转化为可溶性盐,然后合成13X型沸石分子筛.实验结果表明,以花岗岩粉为原料可以制备出合格的13X型沸石分子筛,并可得到副产品碳酸钾、白炭黑、石英砂.
A new method is introduced to resolve the pollution caused by granite powder. After thermal decomposition in the condition of moderate temperature,the outcome,in which Si and Al transform into dissolvable salts,becomes the material in this research. The main point is to figure out the technological condition of producing 13X ZMS with the liquor of the outcome. It is shown by experiment that 13X ZMS with good quality can be produced by granite powder,with the byproduct potash,carbon-white and quartz sand.
