木器用双羟丙基封端聚硅氧烷改性水性聚氨酯涂料的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚碳酸酯多元醇、二羟甲基丙酸、双羟丙基封端聚硅氧烷(HO-PDMS)等为原料,合成了聚硅氧烷-聚氨酯(HO-PDMS)的嵌段共聚物,对得到的产物进行了结构表征.对改性前后体系的涂膜性能进行了比较,结果表明:HO-PDMS能显著提高水性聚氨酯的耐水性,当HO-PDMS的质量分数为3%时,水性聚氨酯的综合性能较好,但硬度稍有下降. The block copolymer of water-born polyurethane and polysiloxane was synthesized by IPDI,PCDL,DMPA,HO-PDMS and other materials. A series of structure testings were done for the modified aqueous polyurethane. And through the comparison of performance between modified and unmodified emulsions,the HO-PDMS can markedly enhance the water resistance of the polyurethane. When the mass content of the HO-PDMS is at 3%,the modified films display well performance,but hardness decreased slightly.
