摘要
为了制备成本低、高效低碳、自清洁能力强的卫浴陶瓷,文章采用超声喷雾热解法在普通釉面陶瓷上制备了TiO2薄膜,以亚甲基蓝为目标降解物,考察了沉积温度对TiO2薄膜光催化活性的影响;采用X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品的晶体结构和表面形貌进行了表征.实验结果表明:TiO2薄膜表面分布均匀,属于锐钛矿型,具有一定的择优取向.光催化实验和亲水性实验表明:当沉积温度为350℃时,薄膜在紫外光照射3h后,对亚甲基蓝的降解率可达53.9%,并表现出良好的亲水性.
The TiO2 thin films with lower cost,higher effective and low-carbon,were prepared on ceramics by an improved ultrasonic spray pyrolysis device with butyl titanate as the titanium source and ammonia as the nitrogen source. The surface morphology and crystal structure of the resulting films were characterized by SEM and XRD,respectively. The results show that TiO2 films have a more uniform surface and polycrystalline anatase structure with (101) preferential growth orientation. The degradation rate for methylene blue solution can reach 53.9 % after 3h under ultraviolet irradiation. The hydrophilic test shows that the hydrophilicity of TiO2 thin films can be improved to some extent.
