摘要
制备了NaOH和丙烯酸改性甘蔗纤维,将其与热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)复合,对不饱和聚酯(UPR)进行增强改性.采用热重分析(TGA)方法进行表征,用扫描电镜观察了复合材料冲击断面的形貌,并测试了复合材料的力学性能.结果表明,加入适量改性甘蔗纤维提高了UPR复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和热稳定性,但降低了冲击强度;TPU的加入大幅度提高了复合材料的冲击强度,但降低了拉伸强度、弯曲强度和热稳定性.当改性甘蔗纤维与TPU并用时,对UPR起到很好的增强和增韧效果.SEM揭示,TPU进一步提高了改性甘蔗纤维与UPR之间的粘结.
The effects of NaOH and acrylic acid (AA) modified bagasse fiber on the structure and properties of unsaturated polyester (UPR) composites were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA),scanning electron microscope (SEM) and mechanical testing. The results showed that the addition of suitable amount of bagasse fiber enhanced the tensile strength,flexural strength and thermal stability of the composites but decreased the impact strength. Addition of TPU increased markedly the impact strength but decreased the tensile strength,flexural strength and thermal stability of the composites. The use of bagasse fiber and TPU together had good reinforcement and toughness effect on UPR. The results of SEM revealed that TPU further increased the interface adhesion between UPR and modified bagasse fiber.
