摘要
以研究承接效率为目的,对承接地承接目的、承接产业和配套措施进行了分析。发现以提升式承接为目标,结合对皖江地区的SWOT分析突出重点承接产业,并以人才和研发为配套手段,注重发挥文化和精神作用,同时考虑长期和短期利益,可以提升承接地承接效率。
The paper tends to look into undertaking efficiency with analysis on the aims,the industry and the supporting measures.It is concluded that the undertaking efficiency of recipient areas can be promoted in the following ways：setting promoted undertaking as a goal;analyzing key undertaking industry with SWOT analysis of Wanjiang area;exerting effect of culture and spirit with supporting measures as talents and RD;and thinking about interest of long term and short term simultaneously.
