Analysis of Difficulties and Solutions in Forest Fire Prevention in Three Gorges Reservoir Area

三峡库区地形复杂,林相组成单一,对森林火灾的抵御能力弱。结合三峡库区的实际情况,以坝上库首第一县秭归为研究对象,从自然因素和人为因素2个方面对库区森林防火的难点进行分析,并针对这些难点提出相应的解决措施,包括科学的管理措施,有效的防范措施,实用的技术措施。

The Three Gorges reservoir area, with complex terrain and single forest forms, has weak capacity against forest fire. The region＇s economy is relatively backward in Hubei Province, and the residents are mainly the old and children who are less aware of forest fire prevention,therefore,it is difficult to do the work of forest fire prevention. Taking Zigui County as a research object,the paper analyzes the difficulties in the forest fire prevention from the aspects of natural causes and human factors,according to the practical situation of the Three Gorges reservoir area, and puts forward some corresponding measures to solve those problems,i, e. scientific management action, valid preventive measures, practical technical measures, etc.
