摘要 转基因作物的安全评价及检测已成为世界各国研究的热点。目前采用的转基因作物安全评价和检测方法已在国际上达成广泛的共识,能够为转基因作物的商业化提供有力的科学保障。就转基因作物的安全性问题,以及转基因作物的安全评价(包括标记基因的安全)和检测方法等问题进行了总结和分析,以期为人们对转基因作物安全性的认识和转基因作物的安全管理提供一定的参考。相关的评价方法和检测技术尚需不断的改进和完善,以适应未来更多转基因作物大规模商业化种植的需要。 The safety assessment and detection of transgenic crops has become a worldwide issue. A common consensus on the safety evaluation and detection of transgenic crops has been recognized by the international community, which could provide a strong security for its commercialization. In this re- view, we have elaborated the development of risk assessment and detection technologies of transgenic crops (including marker genes), to provide a reference for the safety management of genetically modi- fied organisms and benefit for people to understand the safety of genetically modified organisms. These involving evaluation and detection methods need further improvements and renovations to meet the large-scale commercialization of genetically modified organisms in the future.
