Tour features block is part of the city and attractions for tourists.It is the chosen land where tourists perceive local culture and enhance their travel experience.This paper,based on development status of North Street,analyses its resources and existing image and puts forward developmental strategies for more competitive image： to be more bigger and stronger in cultural brand field and to enhance its cultural and ecological tourism quality.
