摘要
骨折的愈合是一个十分复杂的过程,在愈合过程中,需要多种生长因子参与协调作用。在正常骨组织和骨折、骨痂中有神经生长因子(NGF)及其受体的表达,且NGF对中枢和外周神经系统的生物效应是维持、促进交感神经和来自神经嵴的感觉神经细胞的存活、分化、成熟,是参与损伤神经再生和功能修复的重要因素。并可诱导神经纤维进入骨组织,促进骨折部位神经再生和修复骨组织,从而促进骨愈合。
Bone fracture healing was a very complex process.In the process of healing,many growth factors participate in the coordination.Both never growth factors and receptors are expressed in normal bone tissue and bone fracture callus.Nerve growth factor(NGF) can maintain and promote the biological effects of sympathetic and sensory neurons deriving from neural crest cell,including survival,differentiation,and maturation involved in nerve regeneration and functional repair damage.NGF can induce nerve fibers to grow into bone healing zone and to promote bone healing.
