Advance in Treatment of Early Gastric Cancer

胃癌的早期治疗至关重要,其治疗方法很多,包括内镜下黏膜切除术、内镜黏膜下剥离术和腹腔镜下早期胃癌局部切除术、外科根治性手术、基因治疗和化疗等。现综合近年来国内外较有代表性的早期胃癌治疗方面的相关文献资料,对早期胃癌各种治疗方法的适应证及其进展进行总结。

Early treatment is critical for gastric cancer,including many modalities,such as endoscopic mucosal resection and dissection,laparoscopic partial gastrectomy,radical resection,gene therapy,and Chemotherapy.Representative studies regarding the treatment of early gastric cancer are reviewed to summarize indications and progress of these modalities.
