摘要
射频消融(RFA)是一种安全、有效的微创治疗方法,已普遍应用于原发性肝癌和肝转移瘤的临床治疗中。近年来被初步应用到骨肿瘤的临床治疗中,用于治疗骨样骨瘤和缓解失去手术机会的骨转移瘤所致的疼痛,并可与其他治疗方法联合应用。在此对临床上RFA治疗骨肿瘤的应用范围、治疗效果,RFA的基本原理,对骨行RFA时消融针周围的热场分布情况及形态,消融灶的损毁范围及其影响因素进行综述。
Radiofrequency ablation(RFA)is a safe,effective and minimally invasive trearment,and has generally been applied in the clinical therapy of primary and metastatic liver cancer.In recent years,RFA has been preliminary practiced in the clinical treatment of bone tumors.RFA can cure osteoid osteoma and relieve pain caused by inoperable metastatic bone lesions,and moreover may combine with other treatment.This article reviews the applied range and treatment effect of RFA for bone tumors,the basic principles of RFA,the thermal field distribution around RFA needle on the bone,the necrotic lesion extent of RFA and the factors which effect necrotic lesion scope.
