Clinical Application of Partial Splenic Embolization

部分性脾栓塞术(PSE)微创、有效、便捷,可重复进行,且保留脾功能,优势明显,临床广泛应用于肝、脾及血液系统疾病的治疗,尤其近年来有取代脾切除术治疗脾功能亢进症的趋势。现对PSE在治疗肝功能不全、门静脉高压症、脾大、脾破裂、肝硬化脾功能亢进性血小板减少症、原发性血小板减少性紫癜、肝癌合并脾功能亢进症、恶性肿瘤合并血小板低下和在某些少见病的应用等方面进行综述,以期对临床实践提供参考。

The obvious feature of partial splenic embolization（PSE）is a treatment method with minimal invasion and the effect and repetition.PSE was generally been used in treatment of diseases such as decompensated hepatic cirrhosis,thrombocytopenia and the other blood cell disorder,splenomegaly and hypersplenism and the other splenic diseases.This article summarized PSE clinical application in Liver failure,portal hypertension,splenomegaly,splenic rupture,liver cirrhosis and hypersplenism thrombocytopenia,idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,HCC with hypersplenism disease,malignant tumor and,in some thrombocytopenia rare disease so as to provide references for clinical experience.
