亚健康型态分类研究的探索

Exploratory Study on the Classification of Sub-health Patterns

亚健康状态是健康和疾病预防研究领域的重要课题,近年来,随着研究的逐步深入,中医药在调治亚健康的思路和方法等方面的研究,取得了一定进展,但仍存在诸如范畴不明确及对亚健康缺乏科学的分类体系等问题。现在对亚健康分类的研究现状进行回顾的基础上,提出亚健康"型态-证-体质"的"三位一体"分级分类判定标准,以期为亚健康的防治提供依据。

The sub-health status is the important topic in the research field of health and disease prevention.In recent years,as studies have advanced,we obtained some achievements on the study of thread and method in recuperating sub-health by using Chinese medicine.But there are still problems such as ambiguous definition and lacking the scientific classification system,etc.This article proposed ＂pattern-consititution-syndrome＂the＂trinity＂of sub-health classification and criterion on the basis of review of study situation about the classification of sub-health.
