江苏某高校五年新生乙型肝炎病毒携带状况调查

Investigation on HBV Carriers among Freshmen in A College in Jiangsu Province

目的调查江苏某高校近5年新生乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)携带状况及其流行特点。方法对某高校2005～2009年新生HBsAg检测结果进行统计分析,并通过横向对比探讨江苏地区乙型肝炎的预防情况。结果江苏地区的高校新生HBV携带率平稳控制在4.50%以下,2008、2009年入学新生HBV携带率上升,外省新生HBV携带率明显高于本省,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);男生HBsAg阳性率高于女生,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论江苏省大学新生HBV携带率低于全国水平,总体还有下降的趋势;外省新生HBV携带率明显高于本省。

Objective To analyze situations and characterizations of hepatitis B virus（HBV） carriers among freshmen in a college in Jiangsu Province.Methods The freshmen from 2005 to 2009 grade were tested for HBsAg by ELISA and processed results by statistical analysis.Results The positive rates of HBsAg were controlled below 4.50 percent among freshmen in Jiangsu,which were increased by recruiting the freshmen from other provinces from 2008 to 2009.The positive rates of HBsAg were higher in other provinces than those in Jiangsu province with significant difference between them（P0.01）.The positive rates of HBsAg were higher in schoolboys than those in schoolgirls with statistical difference between them（P0.05）.Conclusion The positive rates of HBsAg in freshmen of Jiangsu area were under the average levels of the whole country,and there are tendency of declining totally.The positive rates of HBsAg were higher in other provinces than that in Jiangsu province significantly.
