长期的煤炭开采使城镇边缘地区形成了大量的塌陷废弃土地,严重破坏了矿区的生态环境与景观风貌,制约了城市的社会、经济发展。针对这一问题,以往的生态环境重建工程多以具体的技术层面的土地复垦为主,缺乏规划层面的指导。而引入景观策略与技术,能够从方法上为采煤塌陷区的生态修复规划提供新的思路。青山泉镇塌陷地生态修复规划引入景观策略,主要从景观生态格局、生态修复技术、复合景观经济方面,实现生态、社会、经济效益共赢的总目标。

Long term coal mining has resulted in collapsed areas in mining cities fringe.This has destroyed the landscape and ecological environment badly.Land cultivation was the major measure to recover the ecology in the past.Landscape strategies in the recovery planning for these areas can be fresh and inspiring for its future development.In Qingshanquan town collapsed area planning,ecological,social and economic goals are achieved from landscape layout,techniques,and economy perspectives.
