Practice and Thinking of International Urban Design Contributions in Shenzhen

近年来,深圳在城市重点地区开展的多项城市设计国际咨询活动,通过重点突出、特色鲜明的组织方法和工作思路,取得了丰富的设计成果。与建筑方案招投标明显不同,城市设计国际咨询一般不涉及具体规划项目的直接委托,重点在于寻求适合当地的规划理念、构思以及总体结构、空间格局,为本地的规划设计单位完成后续的法定图则或详细规划提供技术支撑和基础,初步形成和建立城市设计先行并主导重点地区规划编制的思路和方法。

In recent years,Shenzhen has gathered many urban design plans from its consultations with foreign companies.Different than architectural project bidding,these urban design plans were not intended for direct implementation,their purpose was to provide new ideas for urban design concepts,structures,and layouts to serve as foundations for future regulatory and site plans.Urban design plans have become a precursor to the creation of major district plans in Shenzhen.
